Role Description The Field Supervisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Meerut. The Field Supervisor oversees daily field operations, coordinates sales or service teams, and ensures that customer acquisition activities meet defined standards and targets. This role involves planning and assigning work schedules, monitoring field staff performance, and providing guidance, coaching, and support to help team members achieve goals. The Field Supervisor is responsible for tracking key metrics, reporting field progress and issues to management, and ensuring adherence to company policies and compliance requirements.



The role also includes conducting site visits, resolving operational challenges, and maintaining strong relationships with local partners, customers, and stakeholders. Qualifications
• Strong field operations and team supervision capabilities, including planning, coordination, and performance monitoring.
• Experience in sales, customer acquisition, or financial services distribution, preferably working with banks, NBFCs, or fintech companies.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach, motivate, and support field teams.
• Basic data tracking and reporting skills, including comfort with spreadsheets, mobile apps, and field productivity tools.
• Ability to work on-site in Meerut, manage multiple locations or territories, and travel within the assigned region as needed.
• Solid problem-solving skills and a proactive, accountable approach to resolving operational and customer issues.
• Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role in field sales or operations is preferred.
• Minimum educational qualification of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or a related field is beneficial.
