Key Responsibilities
• Prepare accurate cost estimates, project budgets, tender documents, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Review construction drawings and specifications to assess material and labour requirements.
• Monitor project expenditure and prepare regular cost reports.
• Evaluate contractor quotations, support procurement, and negotiate costs.
• Verify contractor invoices, payment claims, and progress measurements.
• Manage variations, contractual claims, and final project accounts.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, building standards, and regulations.




• Coordinate with clients, contractors, architects, engineers, and project teams.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining project quality. Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3 – 10 years of relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Strong knowledge of construction cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and contract administration.
• Understanding of procurement processes, construction contracts, and local building regulations.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Robust attention to detail and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
