Role Description The Accountant at Snacc will manage day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance. This full-time, on-site role in Delhi, India will involve preparing financial statements, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring compliance with local tax and regulatory requirements. The individual will monitor cash flow, manage invoice processing, assist with inventory and cost accounting, and coordinate with external auditors or consultants when needed. The Accountant will also generate periodic financial reports, support internal controls, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights for decision-making.

• Candidates should possess strong core accounting skills, including bookkeeping, general ledger management, and preparation of financial statements.
• Candidates should possess skills in accounts payable and receivable management, bank reconciliation, and invoice processing.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of taxation, regulatory compliance, and familiarity with Indian accounting standards and relevant laws.
• Candidates should possess proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheets, along with the ability to analyze financial data and generate reports.
• Candidates should possess attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and the ability to maintain accurate, organized financial records.
• Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with operations, procurement, and leadership teams.
• Relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA) are an advantage.
• Experience in FMCG, food and beverage, or a fast-growing consumer brand workplace is beneficial, as is prior experience in inventory and cost accounting.
