Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Trichy. The Video Editor will capture, assemble, and refine video content that supports social media. Day-to-day responsibilities include editing raw footage, adding sound and visual effects, integrating motion graphics, and ensuring consistent visual identity across all content. The role involves close collaboration with mentors and content creators to translate learning objectives into engaging video stories, optimizing content for various platforms, and meeting production timelines. The Video Editor will also maintain organized media libraries and suggest creative approaches to improve viewer engagement.



Qualifications

Experience:
0–1 year. Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates should possess skills in Video Editing and Video Production, including handling raw footage and assembling coherent narratives.
• Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency, mood, and high-quality output.
• Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create titles, lower-thirds, visual explainers, and branded assets.
• Relevant experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative suite, DaVinci Resolve) and motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects) is beneficial.
• Strong storytelling sense, attention to detail, and the ability to align visuals with educational and motivational content are important.
• Ability to work in office in Trichy, collaborate effectively with a small creative team, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Prior experience creating content for education, training, or social media platforms, and a portfolio showcasing video is a mandatory one.
