Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Jr. Travel Sales and Operations (Domestic) role based in Faridabad. The role involves handling inquiries for domestic travel packages, preparing customized itineraries, and providing price quotations to prospective and existing customers. The team member will coordinate travel arrangements such as transportation, hotel bookings, and activities, while ensuring smooth operations from initial inquiry through post-trip follow-up. Daily tasks include responding to customer queries, maintaining booking records, liaising with vendors and service providers, and supporting the sales process to meet business targets.



The role also requires working closely with internal colleagues to resolve operational issues, improve service quality, and uphold a customer-centric approach. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management for domestic itineraries and bookings.
• Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to interact effectively with customers, vendors, and colleagues.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver a positive travel experience.
• Candidates should possess Business Travel understanding to support corporate or group travel requirements when needed.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with travel booking tools or portals, basic knowledge of popular Indian destinations, and proficiency in MS Office.
• Relevant education in tourism, hospitality, or a related field, along with prior internship or entry-level experience in travel agencies, is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Faridabad, manage multiple tasks, and maintain accuracy in documentation and bookings.
