3–4 years | Employment Type: Full-time About DriifDriif is building a mission autonomy and command-and-control platform that orchestrates autonomous vehicles across air, land, and sea. Our platform brings mission planning, vehicle telemetry, video feeds, and operational alerts into a unified interface. We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer with primary expertise in UI development and UX implementation, supported by Python backend development and release management experience. The role focuses on building usable operational interfaces while contributing to backend integration, deployment, and reliable software releases.

Key Responsibilities
UI Development and UX Implementation
· Build responsive interfaces using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
· Translate Figma designs and user requirements into clear, consistent operator workflows.
· Develop map-based interfaces for mission planning, vehicle tracking, waypoints, geofences, and sensor coverage.
· Integrate live telemetry, vehicle health, mission status, alerts, and video feeds.
· Build reusable components and maintain a consistent design system.
· Implement loading, disconnected, stale-data, and error states that clearly communicate system status.
· Optimize frontend performance for frequent updates, multiple vehicles, and large datasets.
· Support desktop and tablet layouts, accessibility, and touch interactions.
· Work with users and product teams to identify usability issues and improve workflows. Python Backend Development
· Develop and maintain Python APIs and backend services using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
· Integrate frontend applications with backend services through REST APIs and WebSockets.
· Work with databases, data validation, authentication, and application business logic.
· Troubleshoot issues across frontend and backend components.
· Collaborate with AI, robotics, and mission-control engineers to integrate platform services.



Release Management and Deployment
· Support software builds, versioning, release packaging, and deployment.
· Maintain CI/CD pipelines and manage releases across development, testing, and production environments.
· Deploy and troubleshoot applications on Linux using Docker or similar tools.
· Coordinate release readiness, validation, release notes, and rollback procedures.
· Monitor application logs and resolve deployment or configuration issues. Required Skills and Qualifications
· 3–4 years of professional software development experience, with the strongest experience in frontend development and UX implementation.
· Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript or JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
· Experience with component architecture, React Hooks, state management, and responsive layouts.
· Ability to translate Figma designs into functional interfaces with attention to usability and visual consistency.
· Experience integrating REST APIs and handling asynchronous or real-time data.
· Working proficiency in Python, with experience developing or maintaining backend services.
· Familiarity with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
· Practical understanding of application deployment, CI/CD, and software release processes.
· Experience with Linux, Git, browser debugging, and code reviews.
· Ability to write relevant tests and troubleshoot issues across the application stack.
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
