Arch We are seeking an experienced Associate
- Architecture to provide strategic design leadership and oversee the architectural design and delivery of a large-scale commercial and mixed-use development comprising a shopping mall, hotel and office buildings. The role involves leading architectural design strategy, managing complex building design packages and ensuring the integration of architectural intent, technical requirements and multidisciplinary coordination across all project stages, from concept design through detailed design and construction documentation. The successful candidate should have extensive experience in an architectural design consultancy, with a strong track record of delivering large-scale commercial and mixed-use developments. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to lead project teams, drive design excellence, manage client and consultant relationships, resolve complex technical challenges and ensure the successful delivery of architectural projects within agreed quality, programme and coordination requirements. Strong expertise in building architecture, design management, BIM, Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) is essential.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide overall architectural design leadership for large-scale commercial and mixed-use developments.
• Establish and drive architectural design direction, planning strategies and technical design approaches in line with project objectives.
• Lead the development and review of building plans, sections, elevations, floor plates,



cores, vertical circulation, BOH, service areas and façade/building envelope strategies.
• Oversee architectural design development from concept and schematic design through detailed design and construction documentation.
• Lead the resolution of complex planning, design, technical and constructability challenges across project stages.
• Direct multidisciplinary coordination with structural, MEP, fire and life safety, façade, landscape and specialist consultants.
• Review and approve architectural design packages, drawings, models and technical documentation to ensure design quality, compliance and coordination.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, consultants and internal stakeholders on architectural design matters.
• Lead design reviews, client presentations and technical discussions, ensuring architectural intent and project objectives are maintained.
• Oversee BIM strategy and coordination in collaboration with BIM teams, including Revit model quality, BIM deliverables and ACC workflows.
• Guide and mentor design managers, senior architects and project teams, fostering technical excellence and design consistency.
• Monitor project performance, resource requirements,



deliverables and programme milestones, implementing corrective measures where necessary.
• Contribute to design standards, quality assurance processes and continuous improvement across project teams.
• Support business development, proposal preparation and client engagement where required. Candidate Profile

Arch from a recognised institution.
• 11-14 years of professional architectural experience.
• Extensive experience in an architectural design consultancy, with demonstrated leadership in large-scale building projects.
• Proven track record in the design and delivery of commercial, mixed-use, office, hotel or shopping mall developments.
• Robust expertise in architectural design strategy, building planning, base-building design and technical design development.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects from concept design through detailed design and construction documentation.
• In-depth understanding of structural, MEP, façade, fire and life safety and building-services interfaces.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary design teams, external consultants and complex stakeholder requirements.
• Strong knowledge of Revit, BIM coordination and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Excellent design leadership, technical decision-making, client management and team development skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain design quality and deliver projects within agreed programmes.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management capabilities.
