Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Bartender role based at Aldovia Resort & Convention in Bengaluru. The Bartender will prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests, ensuring consistent quality and presentation in line with resort standards. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, taking orders, making recommendations, and providing attentive, courteous service at the bar and related outlets. The role also involves setting up and closing the bar, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, restocking supplies, and handling cash and POS transactions accurately.



The Bartender will collaborate with the food and beverage team during events and busy periods, follow all safety and responsible service guidelines, and contribute to a warm, professional ambiance for guests. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear spoken English and the ability to interact confidently with diverse guests.
• Candidates should possess Food & Beverage knowledge, including basic mixology, beverage pairing, and familiarity with bar menus.
• Candidates should possess Bartending skills, including drink preparation, bar setup, bar maintenance, and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
• Candidates should possess Cash Handling skills, including operating POS systems and reconciling bills accurately.
• Relevant experience in hotel, resort, or upscale bar environments is preferred.
• Formal training or certification in bartending or food and beverage service is an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and event days.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a qualified, guest-focused demeanor.
