About The Role
This role goes beyond traditional finance and accounting. At EduFund, the Finance & Operations Manager plays a key role in managing client coordination, vendor relationships, and financial processes to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. You will act as a bridge between external partners, internal teams, and our accounting and compliance functions, ensuring that transactions are processed, documentation is maintained, and deadlines are met efficiently. If you enjoy taking ownership of end-to-end processes, building relationships, and ensuring financial and operational activities run smoothly, this role is for you. What You'll Be Responsible For External Coordination & Client Management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding payment processing, case updates, and documentation-related queries.
• Coordinate with lawyers, regional centres, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Ensure timely follow-ups, address escalations, and maintain clear and consistent communication with all external stakeholders. Payables & Receivables
• Manage and monitor the complete accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Ensure timely processing of payments and collections in accordance with company policies.
• Identify potential risks and proactively collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies. Compliance & Documentation
• Oversee vendor compliance, statutory obligations, and adherence to applicable regulatory requirements.
• Draft, review, and maintain agreements, contracts, and other compliance-related documentation.




• Assist with regulatory filings related to taxation and accounting processes. Internal Coordination & Support
• Collaborate with the accounting and compliance teams on reporting, documentation, and the execution of financial and operational processes.
• Prepare periodic Management Information System (MIS) reports and operational updates for leadership. Who We're Looking For
• CA Inter qualification is preferred.
• Candidates with an MBA in Finance and strong operational experience will also be considered.
• 2-4 years of experience in finance and operations or a client-facing finance role.
• Experience managing external stakeholders, in addition to internal teams.
• Strong attention to detail, a deadline-oriented approach, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
