12:30 PM – 9:00 PM IST Role Overview We are looking for a Manager Medical Writer with strong experience in medical communications and the development of high-quality medical education content. The role involves translating complex medical information into clear, engaging, and scientifically accurate content across multiple formats, including medical slide decks, video scripts, infographics, and disease animations. The ideal candidate should have excellent medical writing and editorial skills, a strong understanding of medical communications, and the ability to independently manage content development from research and conceptualisation through to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop high-quality medical education content and high-science deliverables across multiple formats.
• Write and develop medical education slide decks, scientific presentations, and healthcare professional education materials.
• Create scripts for medical videos, disease animations, and other visual medical communication formats.
• Develop engaging infographics to communicate complex medical concepts, disease mechanisms, and clinical information.
• Conduct medical literature reviews and interpret clinical data to develop accurate, evidence-based content.
• Translate complex medical information into clear, structured, and audience-appropriate narratives.
• Ensure content accuracy, consistency, appropriate referencing, and alignment with approved scientific evidence.
• Collaborate with medical, creative, design, and client-servicing teams to develop integrated medical communication solutions.
• Incorporate feedback from internal reviewers and clients while maintaining the quality and integrity of medical content.
• Manage multiple projects and deliverables, ensuring timely execution and high editorial standards. Required Skills and Experience
• 5–7 years of experience in medical writing, preferably within a medical communications agency or healthcare communications environment.
• Demonstrated experience in developing medical education content and high-science medical deliverables.
• Strong medical writing, editing, proofreading, and content development skills.
• Experience creating medical slide decks, video scripts, infographics,



and disease animation scripts or storyboards.
• Ability to interpret medical literature, clinical data, and complex medical information and translate these into effective communication materials.
• Strong attention to detail, editorial judgment, and commitment to medical accuracy.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work remotely while adhering to project timelines and the required shift schedule. Core deliverables:
