Experience:
2–3 Years at L3 Level Notice Period: Immediate Joiners or candidates with a maximum 30-day notice period preferred
Working Hours
8:30 AM – 5:30 PM IST | Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide L3-level technical support.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT assets, printers, and audio-video devices.
• Manage IT assets, vendors, and escalations effectively.
• Oversee day-to-day IT operations while working as an individual contributor and team player.
• Coordinate with server, network, and vendor teams during weekend activities, whenever required.
• Ensure smooth IT operations and timely resolution of technical issues.
Required
Skills:
• Minimum 8+ years of overall IT experience.
• 2–3 years of experience as an L3 Team Lead.
• Robust hands-on experience in desktop support and hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Experience in IT Asset Management, Vendor Management, and Escalation Management.
• Knowledge of SCCM, Microsoft Intune, and Office 365 (O365) is an advantage.
