10+ Yrs Years (Preferred) Module: SAP Materials Management (MM) Role Type: Functional Consultant Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP MM Consultant with solid expertise in SAP Materials Management, procurement processes, and cross-region configuration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Purchase Order (PO) processing, Goods Receipt (GR/GRN), vendor master data management, and three-way invoice matching. The consultant will be responsible for configuring, supporting, and optimizing procurement processes across multiple regions while ensuring compliance with business requirements and standard SAP practices.

Key Responsibilities
• Configure and support SAP MM procurement processes, including Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Receipt (GR/GRN), and invoice verification.
• Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including requisitioning, purchasing, goods receipt, and invoice matching.
• Configure SAP MM processes across multiple regions, countries, and business units, considering local business requirements.
• Maintain and support vendor master data, including vendor creation, updates, purchasing data, and account-related information.
• Implement and troubleshoot three-way matching logic between Purchase Orders, Goods Receipts, and vendor invoices.
• Configure purchasing document types, item categories, account assignment categories, release strategies, and approval workflows as applicable.
• Work closely with Finance (FI), Accounts Payable, warehouse, and procurement teams to resolve integration and process issues.
• Analyze business requirements, prepare functional specifications, and recommend SAP MM solutions.
• Support unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT),



and deployment activities.
• Provide production support, incident resolution, root cause analysis, and process improvement recommendations.
• Prepare functional documentation, configuration documents, test scripts, and end-user training materials. Required Skills
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP MM configuration and implementation/support.
• Expertise in procurement processes, particularly PO creation, processing, and management.
• Practical experience with Goods Receipt (GR/GRN), goods movements, and inventory-related transactions.
• Strong understanding of vendor master data management.
• Knowledge of three-way matching: Purchase Order, Goods Receipt, and Invoice.
• Experience in cross-region or multi-country SAP MM configuration and process standardization.
• Understanding of invoice verification and purchase-to-pay (P2P) processes.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Materials Management.
• Knowledge of SAP FI integration, particularly Accounts Payable and automatic account determination.
• Experience with procurement approval workflows and release strategies.
• Understanding of tax, currency, and regional procurement requirements.
• Experience in SAP implementation, rollout, migration, or global template projects. Education Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline is preferred. Key Deliverables
