About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Production Merchandiser with 2–3 years of experience in garment manufacturing and production coordination. The candidate will be responsible for managing production from order placement to final dispatch, coordinating with vendors and production units, monitoring timelines, and ensuring that every product meets Evara’s quality standards. The ideal candidate should understand garment manufacturing processes, fabric and printing requirements, production planning, quality control, and vendor management, with a strong focus on timely delivery and cost efficiency. You’ll be working on

• Plan and monitor production schedules to ensure timely completion of orders.
• Track production progress at every stage, from fabric procurement to final dispatch.
• Coordinate fabric sourcing and availability.
• Ensure approved designs, colours, measurements, and specifications are followed during production.
• Negotiate and follow up on production costs, quantities, delivery timelines, and job work charges.
• Identify production bottlenecks and coordinate corrective actions.
• Track fabric, printed panels, trims, accessories, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, production orders, material receipts, and dispatches.




• Support cost optimisation without compromising product quality.
• Maintain accurate records of quantities ordered, produced, rejected, and delivered. What you bring along
- required experience and skill set

• Graduate in Fashion Merchandising, Apparel Manufacturing, Textile Technology, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may also be considered.
• 2–3 years of experience in production merchandising, garment manufacturing, or apparel production coordination.
• Practical understanding of the garment manufacturing process, from fabric sourcing to finished-garment dispatch.
• Experience coordinating with fabric suppliers, printing units, stitching vendors, and job workers.
• Familiarity with cotton fabrics, garment construction, printing processes, and quality inspection.
