Requirements:
• Graduate in any discipline – mandatory
• Experience in Insurance, Claims Processing, Healthcare Operations, Disability/Leave Administration, or Perks Support
• Prior contact-center and voice process experience
• Experience with provider outreach, claim documentation, follow-ups, and benefit-related support
• Familiarity with productivity, quality, and SLA metrics
• Excellent communication skills – B2 level
• Willingness to work rotational US night shifts from office Salary Range: L1: ₹2.9 LPA – ₹4 LPA L2: ₹4 LPA – ₹5.5 LPA Compensation will depend on experience, current/last salary,
