Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Einstein AI solutions across business functions.
• Configure and manage Einstein Prompt Builder for Generative AI use cases.
• Develop and deploy Generative AI applications leveraging Salesforce AI capabilities.
• Build and optimize predictive models, recommendations, and intelligent automation solutions.
• Integrate Einstein AI capabilities into Salesforce CRM workflows, processes, and user experiences.
• Work with business stakeholders to identify and implement AI-driven use cases.
• Support solution testing, validation, deployment, and ongoing monitoring of AI models.
