Role Description The Automation Specialist role at SuperSquare™ is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automation solutions that streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency. Day-to-day activities include analyzing workflows, identifying automation opportunities, configuring and testing automation tools, and documenting automation logic and test cases. The Automation Specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, troubleshoot issues,



and ensure high-quality automation deployments. The role also involves continuous improvement of existing automations, monitoring performance, and contributing to best practices and standards for automation across the organization. Qualifications
• Ability to design and implement Process Automation and Automation solutions to optimize business workflows.
• Robust Troubleshooting skills to diagnose, analyze, and resolve automation and system issues promptly.
• Experience creating and executing Test Cases and applying Quality Assurance practices for automated processes.
• Knowledge of automation platforms, scripting or programming languages, and integrations with common business systems.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, translating business requirements into technical automation solutions.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills, with attention to detail and a focus on reliability and scalability.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in an automation-focused role within technology or consulting environments is an advantage.
