Our team creates content that builds trust and authority Role DescriptionWe’re looking for a hands-on Social Media Manager who will own our client video shoots end to end, from scheduling to the final take. You’ll work closely with doctors, our content team, and the shoot crew to make sure every shoot runs smoothly and delivers high-quality content.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate with doctors and clients to schedule shoots around their availability
• Lead the team to shoot locations and manage the shoot on-ground
• Ensure every shoot is executed properly, with the right shots, script delivery, and quality
• Participate in the shoot when needed (on camera or in support)
• Make script corrections on the spot when required
• Own the outcome: take accountability for shoots and deliver on time
• Communicate clearly and professionally with doctors, internal teams, and external vendors Work Schedule
• One weekly off,



usually on a weekday (shoots are mostly scheduled on Sundays)
• Shoot timings vary and may include early mornings or late evenings Qualifications
• Strong Social Media Marketing skills, including platform management and campaign execution
• Excellent communication skills for working with doctors, internal teams, and external vendors
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities for managing shoots, timelines, and deliverables
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Background in event management or shoot production is a plus Do Not Apply If:
• You’re not comfortable working on Sundays (our main shoot day), with your weekly off on a weekday instead
• You can’t work flexible hours, including early-morning or late-evening shoots
• You’re looking for a remote or hybrid role (this is fully on-site)
• You’re not willing to travel to client locations for shoots
• You prefer a desk-only role and don’t want to be on the ground managing shoots
• You’re hesitant to appear on camera or help out in a shoot when needed
• You struggle to communicate confidently
