The Role This is a front-line mandate, not a support role. You will help the company raise and close its various funding rounds owning fundraising and investor engagement end to end, working shoulder-to-shoulder with the CEO and CSO.
• Build and manage the full investor pipeline VCs, family offices and institutional investors from first outreach through term sheet to close
• Open doors through your own investor network and convert them into serious conversations
• Prepare and own all raise materials: pitch deck, financial model, data room,



diligence responses
• Coordinate term sheet negotiations, due diligence and closing alongside the CEO, CSO and legal counsel
• Run investor relations: investor updates, reporting, and groundwork for future rounds Must-Haves (apply only if you meet all of these)
• Prior hands-on experience working on fundraising rounds this is non-negotiable; at least one closed institutional round (Series A or later)
• 2–5 years in investment banking, venture capital, family office, or a startup finance/founder’s-office role
• An active, personal network of Indian VCs, family offices and institutional investors you can get meetings on your own name
• Strong financial modelling, valuation and presentation skills
• Based in Delhi NCR or willing to relocate; available to start within 30–45 days Good to Have
• Exposure to defence, aerospace, deeptech or government-customer businesses
• Experience managing a data room and investor due diligence end-to-end
• CA / CFA / MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution
