Job Title: Site Engineer / Sr. Engineer (Finishing) Function: Engineering

Chembur Reporting to: Project Manager

Key Responsibilities
• Execute and monitor all finishing activities at site including plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, waterproofing, false ceiling, doors & windows, carpentry, sanitary fixtures and other finishing works as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Plan and sequence finishing activities in coordination with the Project Manager, Planning, MEP and other concerned teams to achieve project timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors for deployment of adequate manpower, materials, tools and equipment as per project requirements.
• Ensure execution of finishing works as per approved drawings, specifications, method statements and quality standards.
• Regularly inspect ongoing finishing works and identify quality issues, deviations and defects; ensure timely rectification.




• Coordinate with consultants, architects, interior designers and other stakeholders for clarification of drawings, specifications and site-related issues.
• Ensure proper coordination between Civil, finishing and MEP services to avoid rework and delays.
• Monitor contractor performance and workmanship and highlight any deviations affecting cost, quality or timelines.
• Assist in handover activities by ensuring completion of finishing works, rectification of defects and closure of outstanding items.

Qualifications:
Essential Diploma (Full Time), BE / B.
Tech (Civil) Preferred. Essential Diploma
- Min 7 years of relevant experience as Finishing Engineer in High Rise Residential. BE / B.
Tech – Min 5 years of relevant experience as Finishing Engineer in High Rise Residential
