Role Description The Senior Civil Engineer will oversee end-to-end civil engineering activities for real estate and infrastructure projects in Mumbai. This full-time, on-site role includes leading design reviews, coordinating structural and infrastructure works, and ensuring compliance with local building codes and industry standards. Day-to-day responsibilities involve preparing and validating engineering drawings, supervising site execution, monitoring quality and safety, and resolving technical issues during construction. The role also includes collaborating with architects, contractors, and consultants, managing project timelines and resources, and contributing to planning, cost control, and risk mitigation. Qualifications




• Candidates should possess strong Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design skills, with the ability to review and develop structural and infrastructure plans.
• Candidates should possess knowledge and experience in Planning and project coordination for real estate or infrastructure developments.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Stormwater Management and related drainage systems for urban construction projects.
• Candidates should possess professional experience working as Civil Engineers, preferably in senior or lead roles.
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Proficiency in engineering design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD, or equivalent), and familiarity with relevant Indian building codes and standards.
• Proven experience managing site teams, contractors, and vendors, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication skills, ability to work cross-functionally, and commitment to safety, quality, and ethical practices.
• Prior experience in Mumbai or similar urban environments, and real estate development projects, is an advantage.
