Role Description The Sales and Communications Associate is a full-time, in office role based in Dharamshala. This position is responsible for handling inquiries from potential guests, explaining trip options, and guiding travelers through booking and pre-departure processes. The associate will create and update sales materials, draft clear communications for guests, and support press and promotional outreach. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with operations teams to align trip details, maintaining accurate records of bookings and follow-ups,



and assisting with basic project management for campaigns and partnerships. The role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging, timely responses, and a positive guest experience. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Strategic Communications skills for guest interaction, stakeholder coordination, and brand messaging.
• Candidates should possess Writing and Speaking skills to draft guest communications, marketing content, and basic media materials.
• Candidates should possess Project Management skills to organize sales pipelines, track follow-ups, and coordinate campaign or partnership activities.
• Relevant experience in travel, hospitality, or tourism sales and communications is beneficial.
• Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in an on-site setting are expected.
• Comfort with basic digital tools (email, spreadsheets, CRM or booking platforms) and proficiency in spoken and written English are preferred; knowledge of Hindi or local languages is an advantage.
• A diploma or degree in communications, marketing, tourism, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory if equivalent experience is demonstrated.
