Oracle Fusion Procurement Analyst || 4-6 Y || Remote || 12 M Contract || CST Work Hours || Resource should have relevant exp in Supplier & Vendor Management. Must-Have Skills
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement
• Knowledge of Self Service Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, and Procurement Contracts
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle
• Experience in supplier onboarding, vendor management, RFx, purchase orders, and contract administration
• Expertise in invoice discrepancy resolution, PO tracking, and supplier issue management
• Strong Excel, reporting, and data analysis skills
• Excellent English communication and experience interacting with US stakeholders
• Willingness to work US Central Time hours

Key Responsibilities
• Manage supplier onboarding, qualification, compliance, and performance
• Support sourcing events, quotations, negotiations, and procurement contracts
• Process requisitions, purchase orders, receipts, and invoice-related queries




• Coordinate with suppliers and Accounts Payable to resolve payment and matching issues
• Track spend, savings, procurement cycle times, and supplier KPIs
• Maintain SOPs, process documentation, and user training materials
• Leverage AI-powered tools to automate supplier queries, document reviews, and PO follow-ups, with appropriate human oversight Good to Have
• Oracle AI Agent Studio or OCI Generative AI Agents
• Power Automate, RPA, or other workflow automation tools
• Oracle Procurement certification
• Basic knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, or SQL
