Role Description The Event Manager will oversee end-to-end planning and execution of events, from initial concept and client briefing through on-site delivery and post-event evaluation. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Mumbai, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements aligned with project needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include liaising with clients to understand objectives, developing event concepts and timelines, coordinating with vendors and partners, managing budgets, and ensuring logistics are executed smoothly. The Event Manager will supervise production schedules, oversee set-up and tear-down, handle on-the-day operations,



and proactively resolve issues to maintain high service standards. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams on marketing collateral, tracking event performance metrics, and contributing to continuous improvement of processes and client experiences. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in event planning and coordination, including timeline management, vendor coordination, and in office operations.
• Candidates should possess skills in project management and organization, such as budgeting, resource allocation, and attention to detail.
• Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills for client management, stakeholder collaboration, and negotiation.
• Candidates should possess skills in creative concept development and basic marketing understanding to align events with brand objectives.
• Candidates should possess problem-solving and decision-making abilities, including the capacity to work calmly under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Relevant experience in event management, experiential marketing, or corporate events is highly beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required, and to travel for events as needed.
