- We are looking for a technically skilled and proactive Broadcast Manager to oversee the technical planning, broadcast workflow, and execution of our live shows. The candidate will manage the broadcast control room, video and audio feeds, graphics, playback systems, and streaming infrastructure to ensure smooth, stable, and professional live transmission. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with live streaming or multi-camera production, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to coordinate technical teams under pressure. Knowledge of Unreal Engine and Blender for virtual production, 3D environments, and broadcast graphics will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and supervise the complete technical workflow for live broadcasts.
• Coordinate camera feeds, video switching, audio routing, graphics, playback, and streaming systems.
• Prepare technical rundowns, cue sheets, signal-flow diagrams, and broadcast checklists in coordination with the production team.
• Operate or supervise systems such as vMix, OBS, hardware video switchers, and streaming encoders.
• Coordinate with camera operators, sound engineers, graphics operators, and other technical crew members.
• Conduct technical rehearsals, equipment checks, signal tests, and pre-show readiness checks.
• Monitor audio and video quality, stream stability, latency, and transmission status throughout the show.
• Establish backup workflows for equipment failures, internet disruptions, and signal loss.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during live transmission and implement quick recovery procedures.
• Ensure effective communication between the show director, production team, and control-room operators.
• Maintain equipment inventories, technical documentation,



standard operating procedures, and maintenance records.
• Support the integration of virtual sets, 3D assets, and real-time graphics into the broadcast workflow where required. Technical Skills and Requirements

• Robust understanding of live broadcasting, live streaming, and studio production workflows.
• Working knowledge of vMix, OBS Studio, video switchers, audio mixers, signal routing, and streaming protocols.
• Understanding of video formats, frame rates, resolutions, audio levels, encoding, and internet bandwidth requirements.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve audio, video, connectivity, and streaming issues under pressure.
• Familiarity with multi-camera production, graphics integration, playback systems, and control-room operations.
• knowledge of Unreal Engine and Blender, particularly virtual environments, 3D assets, and broadcast graphics integration.
• Strong team coordination, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours depending on live-show schedules. Experience and Qualifications

• Previous experience in live streaming, broadcast television, studio production, multi-camera production, or live events is preferred.
• Practical experience with vMix or OBS and broadcast signal flow is highly desirable.
• Experience coordinating technical teams during live productions will be an advantage.
• A degree or diploma in broadcast technology, audiovisual production, media technology, or a related field is desirable but not mandatory. Preferred Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is technically hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of taking ownership of broadcast operations from pre-production planning through live execution. The candidate should remain calm under pressure, anticipate technical problems, and ensure reliable delivery of every live show. Knowledge of Unreal Engine and Blender is desirable for candidates who can support future virtual production and 3D broadcast workflows.
