Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Prayagraj. This role involves identifying and engaging prospective learners, explaining Nexonusmind’s programs and services, and guiding them through the enrollment process. The specialist will conduct outreach through calls, meetings, events, and digital channels, while maintaining strong relationships with students, working professionals, and institutional partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing leads, achieving sales targets, supporting marketing campaigns, collecting market insights,



and providing excellent customer service. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams to improve promotional strategies, participating in training sessions, and representing Nexonusmind at local events or educational fairs. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess solid Communication and Customer Service skills to engage learners and address inquiries effectively.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to generate leads, convert prospects, and meet or exceed enrollment targets.
• Candidates should possess Training skills to support learner orientation, product demonstrations, and stakeholder education.
• Candidates should ideally have experience in education, EdTech, or service-based industries, with familiarity in basic marketing practices.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field are preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Prayagraj, manage multiple tasks, use CRM or sales tools, and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
