The Role We’re looking for a Creative Strategist who can turn business briefs, ideas, and conversations into explicit strategies and actionable plans. Working closely with the Founder, Sales, and cross-functional teams, you’ll shape concepts, identify opportunities, and drive ideas forward. What You’ll Do
• Translate business needs into creative concepts and strategic action plans.
• Work closely with the Founder and Sales team to explore opportunities and solve problems.
• Develop brand narratives, campaign ideas, and strategic briefs.




• Research markets and trends to inform decisions.
• Align teams and drive ideas from discussion to implementation. What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years of relevant experience in creative strategy, branding, design, or marketing.
• Strong ideation, communication, presentation, and research skills.
• A sharp design eye and a flair for storytelling.
• Basic familiarity with design software is an advantage.
• A proactive, independent thinker who takes ownership and thrives in ambiguity.
• Experience or knowledge in textiles, fashion, or apparel is an added advantage. Think beyond the brief. Turn ideas into action.
