This is a full-time, on-site Accounts Specialist role based in Bengaluru. The Accounts Specialist will handle financial transactions, maintain accurate accounting records, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Daily responsibilities include budget management, invoicing, tax filings, financial forecasting, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. The individual will play an integral role in supporting the financial health of the organization. Qualifications
• Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and financial forecasting
• Strong skills in accounting software and tools, as well as knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Experience in preparing and analyzing financial reports and documentation
• Familiarity with taxation laws, compliance requirements, and regulatory frameworks
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and numerical skills
• Robust communication skills and ability to build relationships with team members and stakeholders




• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; additional certifications such as CPA or CA are a plus
• Experience in the education or hospitality sector is an added advantage
