About the role
We are looking for a Senior Associate – Last Mile Logistics to manage end-to-end domestic and international shipment operations. The role will involve coordinating with courier partners, warehouses, customer support and internal teams to ensure timely, effective and cost-effective delivery of customer orders. Specifically, this role will involve:
• Managing end-to-end domestic and international shipment operations.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with OMS and logistics/e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, EasyEcom, 3PL Logistics Direct and Shiprocket.
• Coordinating with courier partners for pickups, deliveries, NDR, RTO and escalations.
• Tracking shipments and proactively resolving delays, stuck shipments and delivery exceptions.
• Coordinating with warehouses, customer support and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.




• Managing international shipping documentation and coordinating on customs-related queries.
• Monitoring courier partner performance across TAT, NDR, RTO and shipment ageing.
• Maintaining daily logistics MIS, shipment trackers and operational reports.
• Supporting logistics invoice reconciliation and identifying billing discrepancies or leakage.
• Handling logistics-related customer escalations and ensuring timely resolution within defined SLAs.
• Identifying opportunities to improve delivery TAT, reduce avoidable RTOs and enhance customer experience.
• Supporting initiatives to improve courier performance and optimise overall logistics costs. An ideal candidate will have:
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, e-commerce or last-mile operations.
• Hands-on experience managing domestic and international shipments.
• Good understanding of NDR, RTO, TAT, shipment ageing and delivery exceptions.
• Experience working with multiple courier or logistics partners.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and analytical skills.
• Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive approach to operational issues.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments, escalations and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong ownership and attention to detail.
• A data-driven approach to monitoring logistics performance and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications:
• Graduate degree in any discipline.
