Website: www.ttecheng.in Sister Company: Advanced Tower Structural Solutions (ATSS) — www.atssquare.com Position OverviewTomorrowTech Engineering Services is looking for a motivated and technically capable Structural Engineer – Level 2 with 1–2 years of relevant structural engineering experience. The candidate will be responsible for executing structural engineering assignments, developing and validating structural models, performing design checks, preparing engineering calculations and documentation, and resolving routine technical issues. The role requires strong structural fundamentals, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver technically accurate work within defined timelines. Experience in steel design, tower design, and telecommunications or transmission structures will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
• Interpret project inputs, structural drawings, loading criteria, design requirements, and applicable codes.
• Develop, validate, and document structural models for steel structures, telecommunications towers, and related foundations.




• Perform member design and utilization checks, foundation reaction checks, connection-related calculations, and other project-specific engineering evaluations.
• Prepare engineering calculations, reports, drawings, recommendations, and supporting technical documentation.
• Identify incomplete or conflicting project inputs and raise appropriate technical queries.
• Resolve routine structural analysis and design issues with appropriate guidance.
• Review calculations, structural models, drawing markups, and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with engineers and designers to ensure timely completion of assigned deliverables.
• Incorporate internal and client review comments within defined timelines.
• Maintain engineering quality, documentation standards, and project turnaround time (TAT). Qualifications & Experience
• B.
E./B.
Tech in Civil Engineering is required.
• 1–2 years of relevant structural engineering experience is preferred for this position.
• M.
E./M.
Tech in Structural Engineering will be an advantage.
• Experience in steel design and/or tower design is preferred.
• Exposure to telecommunications towers, transmission structures, or related steel structures is an advantage. Technical Skills & Knowledge
• Working knowledge of structural engineering and design software such as TNX,



STAAD.
Pro, RISA-3D, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks.
• Exposure to relevant connection analysis software will be an advantage.
• Basic to working knowledge of structural design standards, including AISC, TIA-222, and ASCE 7.
• Understanding of structural analysis, load paths, steel structural behaviour, member utilization, connection forces, foundation reactions, and engineering drawings.
• Ability to validate model inputs and results, identify unreasonable structural behaviour, and document design assumptions.
• Ability to prepare accurate engineering calculations and review-ready technical deliverables. Professional Competencies
