JOB ID : QT-SNB-10-394 We are looking for an experienced Zuora Billing Technical Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Zuora Billing implementation, configuration, system integrations, and production support. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) process, subscription lifecycle management, invoicing, and payment processing.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end Zuora Billing implementation, configuration, and enhancement activities.
• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Zuora Billing, Salesforce, enterprise CRM platforms, and third-party payment gateways.
• Work with Zuora REST APIs, custom workflows, and data models to support business requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Support subscription management, billing operations, invoicing, and payment processing.
• Ensure system performance, data accuracy, and smooth execution of Quote-to-Cash workflows.



Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Zuora Billing implementation and production support.
• Solid knowledge of Zuora REST APIs, custom workflows, and Zuora object and data models.
• Experience with SOQL/SQL for data analysis, troubleshooting, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) process.
• Expertise in subscription lifecycle management, invoicing, payments, and billing operations.
• Experience integrating Zuora with Salesforce, other CRM platforms, and payment gateways.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Candidate Profile
• Candidates with hands-on implementation and integration experience in Zuora Billing.
• Experience handling production support and complex billing issues.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
