About Antahā Antahā is a global movement creating micro-communities across major cities to address loneliness at scale. It is built on three core values: Compassion, Connection, Community. The ambition is large. The method is intimate. Loneliness is not solved by reach alone, by digital tools, or by any system that removes the human from the centre. It is solved by people who actually show up — for one another, for an evening, for a quiet space to belong in. About the Work Founder, Sitender is a teacher shaped by years of monastic living in the Himalayas. His work spans teaching, hosting signature events and intimate gatherings, and private one-on-one consulting. It is active across UAE, the US, NZ, and scaling quick across cities and continents. The Role We're looking for a Founder's Office Manager to be the operational spine of everything Sitender does — the bridge between Sitender and the world. You will hold the whole picture, ensure nothing is dropped, and protect the founder's time for the work only he can do: teaching, hosting, and building. This role calls for a grounding in psychology. Much of the work is human: reading a room, understanding what a participant or private client needs, handling sensitive relationships with care, and shaping experiences that feel safe and meaningful. Your training helps you understand people, not treat them. This is a non-clinical role. You will run the day-to-day across the founder's speaking and teaching calendar, marketing, and social media assisted by interns — the full surface area of a founder's office. This role suits someone equal parts organised and intuitive: able to manage a tour spreadsheet down to the last detail and to sense what a moment, a room, or a relationship needs. You will work closely with a distributed team across India, Europe, and the US. What You Will Do
• Own end-to-end event logistics — venues, vendors, travel, run-of-show, and on-ground coordination for events, gatherings, and retreats
• Manage the founder's speaking and teaching calendar — inbound requests, scheduling, preparation, and follow-up
• Bring a psychological lens to participant and client experience — onboarding, follow-up, feedback, and noticing when someone needs more care or a referral
• Help design and refine gatherings and programs with an understanding of group dynamics, belonging, and emotional safety
• Drive marketing execution across channels — campaigns, partner briefs, content scheduling, and asset coordination
• Run social media end-to-end — posting, community engagement, growth, and a consistent voice and aesthetic
• Coordinate across a distributed team and external collaborators in multiple time zones
• Keep the founder's office moving — inbox triage, prioritisation, and making sure projects don't stall
• Anticipate needs before they arise, so the founder can stay present to the work Who You Are Essential
• A degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Psychology, Counselling, or a closely related field
• 3+ years in operations, executive support, chief-of-staff, or founder's office roles
• An exceptional organiser who thrives across many moving parts without losing the details
• A strong written communicator with a feel for brand voice and visual consistency
• Comfortable delegating social media and marketing execution
• Calm under pressure, discreet, and self-directed — you don't need to be managed
• Drawn to the work of stillness and inner growth, and at ease in a space that values presence over noise Preferred
• Experience supporting a founder, executive, or public-facing figure
• Experience in counselling, organisational psychology, wellbeing programs, or community and group facilitation
• A background in events, hospitality, or a fast-moving operation
• Willing to travel to the UAE, US
• A personal practice in meditation, somatic work, or related modalities
• Multilingual (Italian, Arabic, or others a plus) Personal Qualities
• You hold complexity calmly — many threads at once, nothing dropped
• Quiet confidence and sound judgement; people trust you with what matters
• Discretion, depth, and integrity in all things
• A genuine desire to grow through this work, inwardly as well as professionally What You Receive
• Competitive compensation, with structure and benefits discussed directly based on experience and location
• A rare seat at the centre of a growing body of work — teaching, events, and a movement being planted across cities worldwide
• Direct collaboration with the founder and a depth of perspective few roles offer
• Access to all events and sessions as a participant — your own growth is part of the role
• Room to grow as the work expands across the US, Europe, the Gulf, and beyond Education & Background A background in psychology is essential. Beyond that, we care less about where you studied and more about who you are: your capability, character, and care. We're looking for someone whose reliability and judgement have shaped the path they've walked, however unconventional that path has been. Compensation & Onboarding The role begins with an 8-week probation period, paid at a mutually agreed figure while we find our rhythm and see the work in motion. On successful completion, based on performance and delivery, you'll step into the role permanently with a full CTC upwards of 6 LPA, negotiable for the right profile and growing as the work expands across cities. To Apply Send a personal note to
