Role Description The Telecaller role at Sampada Ventures LLP is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. In this role, the Telecaller will make outbound and receive inbound calls to explain mutual fund and SIP offerings, respond to queries, and guide potential and existing clients through basic investment information. Responsibilities include maintaining call logs, updating customer records, scheduling appointments for financial advisors, and following up with leads to ensure timely communication. The Telecaller will work closely with the advisory team to support client onboarding, provide courteous service, and adhere to compliance and company call scripts.



The role also involves meeting call and conversion targets while maintaining a professional and respectful tone with all clients. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong verbal communication skills, clear articulation, and active listening abilities.
• Candidates should possess customer service and client relationship skills, including problem-solving and a polite, patient demeanor.
• Candidates should possess basic sales and telemarketing skills, such as lead generation, persuasion, and follow-up discipline.
• Candidates should possess organizational skills, including accurate record-keeping, time management, and attention to detail.
• Candidates should possess basic computer literacy, including familiarity with calling software, CRM tools, and email communication.
• Ability to understand and explain straightforward financial concepts related to mutual funds and SIPs; prior experience in finance or BFSI is an advantage.
• Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Comfort working in an on-site, target-driven environment in Delhi, India, with the ability to collaborate in a team setting.
