Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute corporate volunteering events.
• Coordinate with corporate CSR teams, NGOs, schools, volunteers, and implementation partners.
• Manage event logistics, vendors, procurement, and budgets.
• Lead on-ground event execution and ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare proposals, reports, impact stories, and presentations.
• Track volunteer participation, attendance, feedback, and volunteering hours.
• Maintain documentation, MIS, and volunteering portals.
• Build strong relationships with corporate stakeholders and implementation partners.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in CSR, NGO Program Management, Social Work, Event Management, Community Engagement, or Corporate Volunteering.
• Solid communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
• Willingness to travel locally and support weekend volunteering events, as required.
• A two-wheeler and valid driving license would be an added advantage.
