About the Role
We are looking for a Sales & Revenue Operations Specialist to work closely with the CRO and Sales team. The role focuses on Salesforce, sales reporting, data management and supporting day-to-day sales operations and key sales initiatives. Roles and Responsibilities
• Create, maintain and update Salesforce reports and dashboards for the Sales team and leadership
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
• Track key sales metrics including pipeline, opportunities, conversions, closures and target achievement
• Ensure Salesforce data is accurate and up to date
• Support the CRO and Sales leaders with reports, trackers and data for pipeline reviews and sales meetings
• Identify gaps in sales data and work with the team to resolve them
• Handle ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests
• Work with the Sales team on recent customer acquisition projects, including lead tracking, opportunity management and conversion
• Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure timely completion Candidate Profile
• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations or a similar role
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC), including reports and dashboards
• Good understanding of sales processes, pipelines, opportunities and CRM management
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills and comfort working with sales data
• Good attention to detail, communication and coordination skills
• Proactive, hands-on approach Good to Have
• Experience in a B2B SaaS, EdTech or technology company
• Experience supporting sales forecasting or pipeline reviews
• Exposure to Salesforce automation or CRM process improvements
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau or other reporting tools
