What you'll do
• Own SEO strategy and execution: Grow organic traffic, rankings, and customer acquisition.
• Manage technical SEO: Improve crawling, indexing, site architecture, internal linking, and website performance.
• Drive content-led growth: Conduct keyword research and optimise content for rankings and conversions.
• Lead AEO & GEO: Implement Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) strategies to improve visibility across AI-powered search and answer engines.
• Optimise local discovery: Improve visibility across local search, Google Business Profiles, and store discovery platforms.
• Track and improve performance: Use Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO tools to measure results, identify opportunities, and improve organic growth. What we're looking for
• 2–4 years of hands-on SEO experience, with proven results in growing organic traffic.
• Experience scaling at least one website to lakhs of organic visits.
• Practical knowledge of SEO, AEO, and GEO, with an understanding of how to improve visibility across traditional and AI-powered search.




• Strong understanding of technical SEO, keyword research, content optimisation, and search performance analytics.
• Experience working at an early-stage startup, with the ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Proficiency in Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO tools such as Ahrefs or Semrush.
• A strong growth mindset, curiosity to learn, and willingness to experiment, adapt, and take on recent challenges.
