Role Description The Counsellor (EDTECH) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru, focused on guiding prospective learners and customers through education-related offerings and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with leads via calls, messages, and in-person interactions, understanding their learning needs, and recommending suitable programs or products. The Counsellor will explain course features and benefits clearly, address questions and concerns, and support individuals in making informed decisions. The role also involves maintaining detailed records of interactions, following up with interested learners, coordinating with internal teams, and meeting enrollment and conversion targets. This position offers an in-hand compensation range of 35,000–45,000 INR and requires a strong commitment to ethical, informative,



and learner-centric counselling. Qualifications
• Demonstrated ability in academic or career counselling, learner guidance, or advisory roles, with a focus on understanding individual needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English, active listening, and the ability to build trust with diverse learners and customers.
• Basic sales and customer relationship skills, such as lead nurturing, consultative selling, and follow-up to support conversions without high-pressure tactics.
• Comfort with digital tools and EDTECH platforms, including CRM systems, online meeting tools, messaging apps, and basic office productivity software.
• Organizational and record-keeping skills, with attention to detail in documenting interactions, tracking progress, and managing multiple learners or inquiries.
• Interest in organic products, wellness, or sustainable living, and the ability to communicate these values when interacting with customers and learners.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, collaborate effectively with colleagues, and adapt to a fast-paced environment with explicit performance targets.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, prior experience in counselling, EDTECH, education sales, or customer-facing roles; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
