Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the company's financial operations, accounting, reporting, taxation, and compliance functions. The ideal candidate will have strong financial and analytical skills, practical knowledge of accounting and taxation, and the ability to support management in financial planning and business decision-making. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a finance professional to take ownership of financial operations and contribute directly to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Management & Reporting
• Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
• Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and MIS reports.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, receivables, and payables.
• Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management. 2. Accounting & Internal Controls
• Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of books of accounts.
• Establish and monitor effective internal financial controls.
• Review accounting entries, reconciliations, and financial transactions.
• Coordinate month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and financial efficiency. 3.



Taxation & Statutory Compliance
• Oversee GST compliance, including return preparation and filing.
• Ensure compliance with TDS and applicable income tax provisions.
• Coordinate statutory audits, tax audits, and other financial reviews.
• Ensure timely completion of statutory filings and other regulatory requirements. 4. Working Capital & Business Support
• Monitor project costs, expenses, and profitability.
• Manage cash flow planning and working capital requirements.
• Analyse financial performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Support management in financial planning, business strategy, and decision-making.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants, vendors, and other stakeholders as required. Eligibility Criteria
• Qualification: CA Intermediate or CMA Intermediate qualified.

Experience:
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, and financial management.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, and statutory compliance.
• Practical experience in financial statements, MIS reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
• Valuable working knowledge of GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory compliances.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage responsibilities, and coordinate effectively with management and other departments. Candidates with experience in engineering, fabrication, construction, project-based businesses, or related industries will be preferred. Compensation₹60,000–₹90,000 per month, depending on the candidate's experience, technical expertise, and skill set.
