Role Description The Account Executive role at Insyde Studio is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for managing client relationships throughout the project lifecycle, including understanding client needs, preparing proposals, coordinating contracts, and ensuring timely communication. Day-to-day tasks include following up on leads, conducting client meetings, collaborating with the design team to align project scope and expectations, and monitoring project progress against timelines and budgets. The Account Executive will maintain accurate records of client interactions, support invoicing and payment follow-ups,



and help identify opportunities for upselling additional services. This role also involves representing the studio professionally, supporting business development activities, and contributing to a positive client experience. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong client relationship management skills, including clear communication, active listening, and professional follow-through.
• Candidates should possess skills in sales and business development, such as lead nurturing, proposal preparation, and negotiation.
• Candidates should possess organizational and project coordination skills, including time management, documentation, and attention to detail.
• Candidates should possess basic financial and commercial awareness, such as understanding pricing, contracts, and payment terms.
• Candidates should possess teamwork and collaboration skills, including the ability to work closely with designers, operations staff, and external partners.
• Relevant experience in interior design, architecture, real estate, or related industries is beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in business or B.com.
• Comfort with common productivity tools and CRM or project tracking software is an advantage.
