Role Description The Marketing Executive role at Krishiv Insurance is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The individual in this role will support the development and execution of marketing plans to promote insurance and mediclaim services, including campaign coordination and brand-building activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing customer and competitor insights, and contributing to promotional strategies across online and offline channels. The Marketing Executive will collaborate closely with sales teams to generate leads, support client acquisition, and assist in presentations and marketing collateral.



The role also involves maintaining clear communication with internal stakeholders, tracking campaign performance, and preparing regular reports to support decision-making. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Market Planning and Marketing to design and deliver effective campaigns.
• Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to gather, analyze, and interpret customer and competitor data.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Sales skills to engage prospects, support client conversations, and present offerings clearly.
• Candidates should have basic knowledge of insurance or financial services, with an interest in life, non-life, and mediclaim products.
• Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in common office and presentation tools.
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in office in Mumbai, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a client-focused mindset.
