This full time, on-site role in Surat involves administering HR policies, coordinating employee benefits, and assisting with performance and attendance tracking. The specialist will respond to employee inquiries, help resolve workplace issues, and ensure compliance with company guidelines and applicable labor regulations. The role also includes contributing to HR process improvements, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and collaborating with management to maintain a positive, inclusive work environment. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience in daily HR operations.




• Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, including implementation and administration.
• Candidates should possess Personnel Management skills, including record-keeping, employee relations, and performance support.
• Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills, with proficiency in basic HR software and MS Office tools.
