Role SummaryHuemind is looking for a proactive and organized HR & Talent Acquisition Executive to manage recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations. The ideal candidate must have experience in the digital marketing, advertising, creative, e-commerce, or IT industry and understand the hiring requirements of a fast-paced, growing organization. Success in this role means hiring the right talent, maintaining efficient HR processes, improving employee engagement, and building a productive workplace culture. Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Recruit candidates for digital marketing, creative, technical, and management roles.
• Coordinate interviews, salary negotiations, and offer letters.
• Manage employee attendance, leave records, documentation, and HR operations.
• Monitor probation periods, performance reviews, and employee retention.
• Address employee concerns and support engagement initiatives.




• Implement HR policies and maintain workplace discipline.
• Work closely with management and department heads to identify hiring needs. Qualifications 2–5 years of relevant HR experience.
• Prior experience in the digital marketing or advertising industry is strongly preferred.
• Understanding of roles such as Performance Marketer, Social Media Manager, Content Writer, Graphic Designer, Video Editor, and Web Developer.
• Solid communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment platforms, Google Workspace, and Excel/Google Sheets.
