Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based at the TIPS campus in Erode for a Maths educator specializing in IGCSE, AS, and A Level. The educator will plan and deliver engaging mathematics lessons aligned with Cambridge curriculum standards, ensuring clear learning objectives and appropriate assessment methods. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching classes, evaluating student progress, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate academic records.



The role also involves designing learning materials, supporting students with varied learning needs, participating in departmental meetings, and contributing to exam preparation and enrichment activities such as math clubs or competitions. Collaboration with colleagues, regular communication with parents or guardians, and adherence to school policies and values are integral to this position. Qualifications
• Strong subject expertise in Mathematics with the ability to teach IGCSE, AS, and A Level content effectively.
• Background in Mathematics Education or related fields, with knowledge of pedagogy and learner-centered instruction.
• Experience in Curriculum Development and Lesson Planning for Cambridge or similar international curricula.
• Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and engage diverse learners.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or a closely related discipline.
• Prior teaching experience at IGCSE, AS, and A Level or equivalent, preferably in an international or CBSE/IB setting.
• Proficiency in using educational technology and digital tools to enhance teaching and assessment.
• Strong classroom management, student mentoring, and collaborative skills, with a commitment to holistic development and school values.
