Key Responsibilities
• Develop and optimize welding procedures and applications.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to customers.
• Prepare and qualify WPS, PQR, and related welding documentation.
• Conduct welding trials, product demonstrations, and training programs.
• Ensure compliance with welding quality standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with Production, R&D;, Quality, and Sales teams.

E./B.
Tech in Mechanical, Metallurgical, Welding Engineering, or related field.
• 1-4 years of relevant experience in welding engineering, fabrication, or welding consumables.
• Robust knowledge of SMAW, GMAW/MIG, GTAW/TIG, FCAW, and SAW processes.
