About Frameo Frameo is an AI video creation platform for creators and storytellers. We ship fast: new features like Frameo Modes and Presets land regularly, and every launch needs video that shows exactly what the product can do. Our audience is gen-AI creators and enthusiasts, and we reach them through organic social, YouTube and our creator community. The role You will own Frameo's video and motion output end to end, from storyboard to final export. You'll cut launch films, short-form social, product walkthroughs and YouTube videos, and set the motion language that makes Frameo recognisable across all of them. Your raw material will often be AI-generated footage, product UI and screen recordings, so you'll need the judgement to turn mixed sources into one polished, on-brand piece.

What you'll do
• Launch videos: Concept, storyboard, edit and animate launch films for current Frameo features, showing the product's value in the first few seconds.
• Short-form social: Create Reels, Shorts and X clips that stop the scroll and hold attention, built for gen-AI audiences.
• YouTube videos: Edit mid-form videos (tutorials, breakdowns, showcases) with clear pacing, structure and retention.
• Product UI and tutorials: Turn screen recordings and interface flows into clean, easy-to-follow walkthroughs, with UI animation, callouts and kinetic type.
• AI-generated assets: Use Frameo and other AI image and video tools to generate, clean up and composite footage into finished work.
• Sound: Choose music, design sound effects and mix audio so every piece feels finished.
• Finishing: Own colour, export settings and platform specs (16:9, 9:16, 1:1), and quality-check everything before it ships.
• Reusable systems: Build templates, motion components and asset libraries that make each launch faster than the last.
• Collaboration: Work with product,



marketing and community teams to turn feature releases and ideas into visual stories. What we're looking for
• 4+ years of professional video editing and motion design, ideally at a tech product company, studio or agency.
• Expert-level skill in After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Strong command of animation craft: timing, easing, the Graph Editor, transitions and text animation, with no reliance on generic presets.
• A solid grasp of composition, visual hierarchy, colour theory and typography.
• Storytelling instinct: you can take a feature, script or rough idea and storyboard it into a clear narrative.
• Experience editing across formats, from 15-second social cuts to 10-minute YouTube videos.
• Hands-on experience with AI image or video generation tools, and comfort working them into a professional pipeline.
• Working knowledge of codecs, formats and delivery specs for YouTube, Instagram and X.
• The ability to manage several projects at once, work to fast product timelines, and take feedback well. Tools
