Role Description The PPC Executive role is a full-time on-site position based in Noida. This role involves planning, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant networks to drive qualified traffic, leads, and conversions. The PPC Executive will conduct keyword research, create and refine ad copy, manage budgets and bids, and monitor campaign performance using analytics tools. Responsibilities include preparing regular performance reports, developing A/B tests for ads and landing pages, coordinating with design and content teams for creatives, and aligning campaigns with overall digital marketing strategy and client goals. The role also requires staying updated on PPC trends, platform changes, and best practices to continuously improve results. Qualifications
• Strong PPC and SEM skills, including campaign setup, keyword research, bid management, and performance optimization.
• Experience working with major advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant ad networks.




• Ability to analyze data using tools like Google Analytics or similar platforms, and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including conversion funnels, landing page optimization, and remarketing.
• Proficiency in creating transparent, compelling ad copy and collaborating with design/content teams for effective ad creatives.
• Strong attention to detail, numerical aptitude, and the ability to manage budgets and deliver campaigns within specified targets.
• Effective communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills to work with internal teams and clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in performance marketing.
