8+ Years Employment Type: Full time Industry: Construction / Infrastructure / BIM Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior Primavera P6 Planner with expertise in project planning, scheduling, and project controls for large-scale construction and infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining integrated project schedules, monitoring progress, conducting schedule risk and delay analysis, and coordinating with project management, engineering, procurement, BIM, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and detailed project schedules using Oracle Primavera P6.
• Create Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), activity codes, calendars, logic networks, resource assignments, and cost-loaded schedules.
• Manage project baselines, schedule updates, and change-controlled revisions.
• Integrate project schedules with BIM tools such as Autodesk Navisworks and Revit for 4D simulation and construction sequencing.
• Monitor project progress, validate site data, and update schedules on a weekly or fortnightly basis.
• Perform Earned Value Analysis, Critical Path Analysis, and schedule performance tracking, including SPI and Schedule Variance (SV).
• Prepare look-ahead schedules, progress dashboards, and management reports.
• Conduct delay analysis, schedule risk assessments, recovery planning, and what-if scenario analysis.
• Support Extension of Time (EOT) claims and schedule impact assessments for variations, change orders, and design revisions.
• Migrate schedules between Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 using XML/XER exchange and validate data integrity.
• Coordinate with project managers, BIM teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and site engineers to ensure schedule alignment.




• Ensure compliance with scheduling standards and mentor junior planners on Primavera P6 best practices. Required Skills
• Expert-level proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 (EPPM and/or Professional).
• Strong experience in project planning, scheduling, baseline management, resource loading, and cost loading.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project (MS Project) and schedule migration between MS Project and Primavera P6.
• Knowledge of BIM integration and 4D/5D scheduling using Navisworks, Revit, or equivalent tools.
• Experience in Earned Value Management, Critical Path Method (CPM), delay analysis, and schedule recovery.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables; Power Query/macros and Power BI are preferred.
• Familiarity with Primavera Risk Analysis, Primavera Unifier, or scheduling analytics is an advantage.
• Knowledge of scheduling standards such as AACE, DCMA 14-Point Assessment, and GAO Schedule Assessment Guide. Educational Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• PMP, AACE (PSP/PSA), or equivalent professional certification is preferred. Experience Requirements
• Minimum 8 years of experience in construction planning or project controls.
• At least 4 years of experience handling large-scale projects.
• Experience in BIM-enabled projects or construction projects of comparable scale and complexity.
• Experience in commercial high-rise, infrastructure, transportation, industrial, energy, or mixed-use development projects. Key Competencies
