Job Description
- OTC:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or an MBA.
• More than 2 years of relevant OTC/Accounts Receivable experience, primarily in billing and invoicing.
• Strong understanding of contract-to-bill activities, invoice processing, billing schedules, credit/debit notes, reconciliations, and period-end controls.
• Working knowledge of Workday ERP and Salesforce exposure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools, with strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.




• Strong written and spoken English, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, collaborate across teams, and perform effectively in a high-volume environment.

- RTR: Perform Day to Day RTR activities with required speed and accuracy across JE processing, Bank Reconciliation, Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation, Fixed Asset Accounting Cycle/Dep., General Accounting,Payroll Accounting,Project Accounting, Statutory and Regulatory Reporting,Revenue Share, Commissions & Settlements
• Senior Level Bachelors in Commerce/ Masters in Commerce/ MBA with >2 years experience in RTR
• Positive Knowledge of RTR Process
