About the role
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Officer to drive business for Loan Against Property (LAP) and Home Loan products. The role involves sourcing customers, managing relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth loan processing from login to disbursement. What you will do:
• Source and acquire customers for LAP and Home Loan products through direct sales, referrals, connectors, and channel partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, DSAs, builders, and business partners.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
• Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to loan disbursement.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and technical teams for smooth processing.
• Ensure proper collection and verification of customer documents.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers to improve conversion and customer experience.
• Achieve monthly business targets and productivity metrics. Stay updated on market trends, competition, and lending products.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and process guidelines. What you will need:
• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1 to 5 years of experience in LAP/Home Loan sales or secured lending.
• Strong understanding of mortgage products and local market dynamics.
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Prior experience in NBFCs, Banks,
