Role Description The Talent Acquisition Intern will support end-to-end hiring activities for various roles across Zell Education, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and hiring teams. This is a full-time, in office position based in Mumbai. Daily responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling and coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and assisting in communicating with applicants throughout the recruitment process. The intern will help promote Zell’s employer brand through job postings, social media, and campus outreach, while collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements. The role also involves preparing basic recruitment reports,



supporting onboarding activities, and contributing ideas to improve talent acquisition practices. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Recruiting and Full-life Cycle Recruiting to support sourcing, screening, and coordination of hiring processes.
• Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Hiring to assist with candidate assessments and selection decisions.
• Candidates should possess skills in Employer Branding to help promote Zell Education as an attractive workplace through various channels.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and comfort handling multiple tasks.
• Interest in human resources, talent acquisition, or related fields; current enrollment in or recent completion of a relevant degree is preferred.
• Proficiency in basic office software and familiarity with online job platforms or social media for recruitment is beneficial.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Mumbai and maintain a professional, inclusive approach to all applicants.
