Role & responsibilities
• Prepare building plans of the finalized showroom premises
• Responsible for co-coordinating of the architectural/interior working drawings.
• Study the interior layouts/details and co-ordinate with the project execution team
• Co-ordinate drawings from external consultants
• Ability to study MEP drawings and check the adherence of the same with the interior layouts
• Assist in selection/presentation of materials
• Make site inspections and assisting in construction supervision as and when required
• Make complete checking and compilation of construction drawings/documents Preferred candidate profile B Arch with at least 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in Retail/Interior fit-out
